Nonconformity claim

The following ways can be used:

Telephone attention: Interruptions of the electrical service due to voltage oscillation, low voltage, lack of a phase, lack of service in your home, short circuits in the network, broken lines and lack of service in your sector.

Visit to Commercial Offices or other dependencies of the Electric Company: Nonconformity in relation to the amount of energy consumption or applied rate, due to delay or mistreatment in the care received in the dependencies of the Electric Company and with the application of Decree 260 on Contraventions Personal of the regulations of the electrical service and also by request of investigation for damages to the property of the client, in the latter case must be reported within 72 hours after the occurrence of the event.

In all cases, the document to be presented by the client will be:

  • Receipt for the current month duly paid.
