Assembly of People's Power and Municipal Administration Council Work Objectives for 2020.
1- Strengthen ideological political work, with delegates to the Municipal Assembly of People's Power, members of the Municipal Administration Council, and officials of the People's Power.
2- Continue raising compliance and quality in the different indicators that affect defense preparation.
3- Continue to improve the instrumentation, application and discipline in Instruction I of 2011.
4- Comply with the Guidelines of the permanent work commissions.
5- Control and inspect all the services provided to the population both by the work commissions and by the popular councils.

7- Continue working on the proper selection and comprehensive preparation of the tables and reserves.
8- Raise the culture in the application and apprehension of the need for the Improvement of the Local Bodies of People's Power by all the directorates, delegates to the Municipal Assembly of People's Power and the Municipal Administration Council in order to make hegemony a reality popular.
9- Make the diagnosis of the constituency become the fundamental tool of Integrated Community Work and the Project Together Building the Future.
10- Raise the economic and legal culture in managers, clerks, delegates, members of permanent work commissions, in order to favor the work of control and oversight.
11- Continue strengthening the links of the administrations with the delegates of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power and the people, paying greater attention to the follow-up and treatment of the approaches for dispatch and Accountability.
12- Strengthen the Archive Institution system in the Municipal Assembly of People's Power.
13- Raise the levels of demand with all the organisms responsible for the hygiene of the municipality, trying to encourage aesthetic culture in the state and non-state sectors, in order to transform the public image of our city.
14- Control and inspect the correct execution of the state budget and use of 1% for territorial development, along with the granting of subsidies and other benefits of the Revolution based on citizen welfare.
15- Oversee the development of food production and compliance with the harvest.
16- Give adolescents and young people greater participation in the activities of the organs of People's Power, in different settings, including a greater link with student centers and knowledge about the states of opinion in this sector of the population.
17- Follow up on the work of the youngest delegates of the Municipal Assembly of People's Power.
18- Strengthens the work of attending to the population in the Municipal Assembly of People's Power and the administrative directorates.
19- Increase popular participation in the Controls and Inspections carried out by the Popular Council.
20- Achieve the public character of the meetings of the popular councils.
21- Improve the computerization system in the Municipal Assembly of People's Power.
22- Ensure that the presidents of popular councils, delegates and administrative departments comply with everything established in the Welfare Project.
23- Ensure the strict compliance of each body in terms of compliance with the approaches included in the economy plan.
24- Require each agency differentiated attention with those constituencies that have the most problems in the municipality.
25- Raise the dissemination campaign of all tasks related to popular power.
